Exchange and Return Guidelines

There are no returns after 30 days from shipping date. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original form, in a completely unaltered state. Alex Johnson Mercantile is not responsible for postage on returned items. A copy of the original invoice that came with your order and the reason for the return must accompany the return. Items may only be returned for a full exchange credit towards another item, less shipping, or a cash or credit card refund less shipping. Sorry, no returns on special orders.

Refund method

Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. However when the item was purchased with cash, debit or a check the refund will be in the form of a check mailed within 10 business days of the return.

Damaged Items

If for any reason you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. SAVE ALL THE PACKING AND ORIGINAL BOX as some shippers require this for claims and will return to pick the items up with the packing. Insurance claims usually have limited time frames and Alex Johnson Mercantile must file them because it is the shipper.
